"Saturday, 1/28/2023 - Went to ESTHETICS BY LINDSEY BAENDER, CMT (Divine Image Esthetics) in Roseville, Ca for a massage and facial with my family for a belated bday. Address is 198 Cirby Way Suite 125, Roseville, CA 95678. Oh I have been needing this massage so badly. So this was perfect. http://Https://divineimageesthetics.glossgenius.com Upon arrival: Pros: 1) parking is small. But we got parking right away. Parked right in front of their business door. 2) this business is soooo sweet. We booked our massages pretty last minute and they were able to get us all in. We had to pay upfront to reserve our spots, which was fine. 3) knowing this was for my birthday, they even went out of their way to buy some cupcakes, candy, mix nuts, fruits and set it up for us. 4) they allowed us to setup our own charcuterie board. We did the Asian sandwich theme board. It was very delicious. They also allowed us to bring our own wine to celebrate. They never once rushed us! There were 4 of them. They are so, so, so sweet!!!! 5) some of us did facials, others just massages, and others did a combination of both. All of the ladies here did a great job, very professional, attentive, spoke so nice to each of us, made us feel welcomed, just all around superb customer service. My massage was wonderful! She did a great job. Everyone else liked what they got. No complaints! Looks like I need more than one massage every few years. Lol 6) the business was very clean. 7) bathroom was clean and smelled good. Cons: 1) none! Conclusion: These ladies were some of the sweetest ladies ever! Not only were they very professional, kind, giving, attentive.... they did extremely well on the services we paid for and went over and beyond to surprise me with the little things they did. I am forever grateful for their services and their kindness. Normally, in the past, when I went in for a birthday massage, other businesses just gets you in and out as fast as they can. This business made us feel so welcomed. I love it! I highly recommend them!"
